The Vision
The practice of meditation awakens us to the joy of the present moment. By cultivating attention and awareness, even challenging situations such as difficult emotions, chaotic thought patterns and physical pain can be transformed into sources of inner peace and joy. Achieving this transformation does not require us to retreat from the world as many believe. On the contrary, through the practice of meditation, we can use what we experience in our daily lives to open ourselves to the richness of every moment.

Sharing the Benefits
Open Mind Media is teaming with Tergar International to produce a feature-length documentary film that provides an introductory look at meditation with the express intention of helping others. Currently under production, A Joyful Mind aims to share the transformative benefits of meditation with the widest audience possible− and in doing so help others access a sense of peace and wellbeing amid the challenges and ever-changing nature of contemporary life.
